Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday usually within 48 hours of your order being confirmed & payment authorized. If your order is placed over the weekend, the 48 hours will begin on Monday. If ordering on a Holiday, the 48 hour turnaround will begin on the next business day.

All orders ship via UPS and should arrive within 5-7 business days. Shipping and handling charges vary by what is ordered as well as where it’s shipping to & will be calculated automatically upon check out. 

We are unable to accept or ship INTERNATIONAL ORDERS at this time.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but if for some reason you’re not, simply return it to us in new/unused condition with the tags on within 15 days upon receipt of the merchandise.
Please follow these simple return instructions

Repack the item in its original packaging.

  1. Repack the item in its original packaging.
  2. Ensure to completely fill out the return form provided and include it inside the package (you may want to make a copy for your records prior to mailing)
  3. Mail your return with the appropriate postage/shipping costs to:

  4. Should you just need to even exchange, simply follow the above directions but just indicate the reason and the new item you are interested in on the return form & we will get it resent out to you promptly.
  5. mylittleone will process your exchange/return within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. You’ll then receive a refund (less initial shipping costs) in your original form of payment.
